1. Information We Collect
We collect your name, email address, profile avatar, and phone number when you register via Clerk. If you act as a host, we also securely collect your municipality identity documentation to satisfy trust compliance checks.
2. How We Use Data
We use your contact details to send booking approval alerts, handle financial transactions via local payment processors (eSewa / Khalti) or credit cards, and display listings inside search queries. We never sell, lease, or rent your records to third-party ad networks.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
Under global GDPR/CCPA practices, you have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. When an administrator removes a user profile, all experience listings and booking history records cascade-delete and clear instantly.
